Mosaic Sunflower
with Beverly Thomas Jenkins
Let experienced mosaic artist Beverly Thomas Jenkins guide you through the process of creating a beautiful Sunflower mosaic to cherish or give to a loved one, just in time for gift giving! Takes place in the Broyles Building.
The piece will be created on a 9x12” wood panel, easy to hang. All supplies are included in the class.

Seasonal Soap Making
with Darlene Hatley

A soap melt and pour class is a fun, hands-on workshop that teaches you how to create custom, detergent free, goats milk soap base by melting a pre-made base and adding your own colors, scents, and botanical ingredients. Plus, choosing your own soap mold. You will be able to choose holiday themed scents and mold shapes. It is entirely beginner-friendly, completely bypassing the dangerous handling of raw lye. Each student will complete and take home 6 bars of soap. Takes place in the Broyles Building.

Grocery Bag Basket

Grocery Bag Basket We will be weaving a basket to hold all those bags we get at the stores and shops. The basket has a wooden base and a leather handle. Color insert reed will be chosen by the students on the day of class.

Glass Fusion - Holiday Ornaments Workshop
with Karen Hitchcock
Ages 14 - Adult
In this two-hour glass fusion workshop, students will make decorative glass holiday ornaments. This hands-on session is designed for fun! Students will make up to five ornaments while learning the basics of fused glass. Students will have the chance to use frit, and stingers glass to make unique creations! All tools and materials are included and fired projects will be available two weeks after the class. Takes place in the Broyles Building.
