Working from a fall-inspired still life set in natural light, you’ll be guided through techniques such as underpainting, wet-into-wet application, palette knife texture, and creative mark-making with alternative tools. Autumn’s rich organic subjects provide the perfect introduction to this approach, whether you’re brand new to limited palettes or looking to deepen your practice.
It’s a full day of exploration, skill-building, and inspiration—designed to stretch your creativity in all the best ways. Some supplies provided. Best suited for oil and acrylic painters with some experience. Students will receive a supply list after they register.
