Learning Mosaics - Butterfly Beauty
with Beverly Thomas Jenkins

In this class, students will learn the basics of the exciting world of mosaic art and will make a beautiful one-of-a-kind butterfly! The instructor will supply a sample and will teach you step-by-step how to re-create the image. The piece will be 10" x 10”. All supplies included.

Clay - Garden Art Toad Abodes and Fairy Houses
with Kara Bledsoe
8th Grade - Adult
In this 3-part class you will create an imaginative dwelling that would make a wonderful hangout for a toad or even some fairies. Projects will be creative using hand building techniques with clay. All materials and firings will be included. Take all three Garden Art classes to create a series of works to display together.

Advanced Cyanotype
with Kay Grogg
Grades 9 - ADULT
Advanced Cyanotype will take you to the next level of this photo process. Students will further explore the wet method, learn how to layer their prints, make double exposures, and print on fabric. This two-session workshop will emphasize cyanotype techniques so the students can successfully create cyanotypes at home.
Pre-requisite: Beginning level Cyanotype Class or basic Cyanotype experience.
