Clay - Winter Throwing
with Kara Bledsoe
6th Grade - Adult
Shake off the winter stress and develop a new skill. Open to all levels of throwing experience. This class will cover the basic foundations of throwing on the potter's wheel. Only 6 spots available.

Gyrokinesis ® - Adult Fitness
with Earlene Hopkins
Adult, 18 +
Gyrokinesis® is an exercise system that moves the body through all three dimensions. With the use of breath, students build coordination and flexibility to create a global sense of well-being. Movements focus on the plasticity and the support of the spine to help the overall function of the muscles and organs. Gyrokinesis® can be both dynamic and relaxing. Each class of Gyrokinesis® will leave you feeling light and better aligned.
Students need to come to class with comfortable clothing and a yoga mat. Gyrokinesis® is performed barefoot or in sock feet.
5:30 - 6:30 pm, Wednesdays, January 29, February 5, 12, 19, 26, March 5, 12, 19, April 2, 9, 16, 30, May 7. No class March 26 or April 23.
Dance Discovery - Children's Dance

Ages 6 - 8 (ages are flexible with instructor's permission)
Dance Discovery is an introductory course that provides children with a space to learn confidence through movement. Students will experiment with improvisation, spatial awareness, and basic techniques of ballet and modern dance. This course is designed to help the child explore expression in an organized movement class, equipping them for potential future dance classes.
Students should come to class in a black leotard and black tights. Students will dance barefoot.
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm, Thursdays, January 30, February 6, 13, 20, 27, March 6, 13, 20, April 3, 10, 17, May 1. No class March 27 or April 24.
Modern Dance for Beginners
with Earlene Hopkins
Ages 9 - 11
Children of this age have better coordination and control of their limbs. Class allows them to develop these skills in a more structured approach; students will begin to master rhythm and across-the-floor exercises.
Students should come to class in a black leotard and black tights. Students will dance barefoot.

Acoustic Guitar - Private Lessons - FEBRUARY - All Ages - 60 Min.

These 60-minute private lessons are for individuals of all skill levels who are looking for an easy-going, fun environment. Students will learn basic terminology and foundational aspects of playing chords and melodies on guitar. Class is less theory and more practical application but can also be adapted to the needs and wants of each student. Students will need to supply their own guitar, strings, and picks.
Four classes, one per week. Sessions will re-start every 4 weeks. You may register for additional sessions at your leisure.
Once you register for the class, you will receive an email or phone call to schedule your day and time for lessons. Four lessons/dates will be scheduled in this series. Lessons will restart each month. Go ahead and register for future months if you wish. There are no refunds or make-up for missed lessons.

Students will need to bring their own fiddle, bow, and rosin. A folder, pencil, and recording device are recommended as well.
Four classes, one per week. Sessions will re-start every 4 weeks. You may register for additional sessions at your leisure.
