This class will take place at the Gillespie Building, 1523 Persimmon Ridge Road, Jonesborough, TN 37659.

For those who have taken the Canning Basics class, we will continue our journey with fruit butters, relishes, and winter squash/pumpkin.  Fruit butters, like apple and pear are delicious additions to your pantry.  Relishes are not just for family cookouts and can be added to soups or as a side dish.  Winter squash, especially pumpkin, are great for making pies.  Supplies will be provided and included in the registration fee.
