Fairy Garden Cottages

Grade 9- Adult
Create a magical fairy garden this spring by learning how to make mini houses using flower pots, paint, and natural elements. Each participant will make at least one fairy house and will learn how to decorate other areas of a fairy garden using sticks, pinecones, and found items. This will be a fun and magical class that is sure to please the fairies who visit your garden this spring.

Bird House Decorating and Design

Grade 9- Adult
During this one-day workshop, students will explore their creative side by decorating and personalizing their own functional bird house. All students work will be finished with a beautiful glaze and fired to perfection. Fired projects may be picked up two weeks after class.

Crochet - Sculpted Vessels Workshop
with Nancy Bouffard

Ages 6 to Adult
In this three-hour workshop students will learn to increase and decrease single crochet to “sculpt” a functional fiber vessel (basket, bowl or vase). Materials provided and/or bring your own. Some crochet experience is helpful but not necessary. This class will transition to online if the need arises.

Pottery Basics - Daytime Class - Session B

Grade 6- Adult
This wheel throwing class is for older school aged children and adults. Classes will focus on creating basic traditional pottery using the potter’s wheel. Over the six-week course participants will learn the basic forms thrown on the pottery wheel, cylinders, bowls and plates. Students will also learn pottery terms and the firing process. Masks will be required due to close contact during demonstrations and one-on-one instruction.

Glass Fusion - Pendants

Grade 9 - Adult
In this two-hour glass fusion workshop students will make decorative glass pendants to wear or share. This hands-on session is designed for fun! Students will make up to eight pendants while learning the basics of fused glass. Students will have the chance to use frit, stingers, and dichroic glass to make unique creations! All materials are included and fired projects will be available two weeks after the class.

Pottery Wheel - Casserole Dish - 2 Day Workshop

Grades 5 -Adult
Enjoy a relaxing two-day workshop creating two beautiful casserole dishes! Students will spend the first day on the potter’s wheel creating the casserole forms. On day two, students will assemble dishes and learn decorating techniques. The goal is for each student to accomplish making two casserole dishes. Masks will be required due to close contact during demonstrations and one-on-one instruction.

Glass Fusion - Spring Plate

Grade 9- Adult
A two-hour glass fusion workshop making decorative spring plate for your home or for a gift. Plates can be used for serving food or a decorative piece for everyone to see! Each student will make one plate. All materials are included and fired projects will be available two weeks after class.
